Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain automated testing infrastructure and test suites for embedded Linux and RTOS firmware.
Perform integration, functional, performance, and stress testing across product levels.
Collaborate with hardware, firmware, application software engineers, and system architects to build testability into product designs.
Develop reliable, scalable, and maintainable firmware testing systems.
Plan, design, and deliver comprehensive QA strategies spanning automated and manual testing.
Advocate for quality, mentor team members, and improve team testing practices.
Support the transition of prototypes into robust, production-ready smart cameras and wearables.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in low-level embedded systems and firmware testing.
Advanced proficiency with a Unix-like operating system.
Familiarity with HDLs and programming or scripting languages such as C/C++, Rust, Python, and Bash.
Collaborative, flexible, and team-oriented approach.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or another STEM discipline.
Experience scaling embedded systems, camera technology, wearables, or Linux-based products.
Sports technology industry experience.

Base salary range: €60,000–€101,000 EUR annually.
Eligible for a long-term incentive award; bonuses may be awarded based on individual and company performance.
