Role Scope

  • Run a data center construction project end to end: budget, schedule, contracts, and stakeholders from notice to proceed through turnover.
  • Manage GC and trade contracts commercially: change orders, pay applications, claims, and closeout with no surprises.
  • Chair the owner-architect-contractor rhythm and keep decisions moving at build speed.
  • Hand the finished building to commissioning and operations clean, with documentation that survives the first audit.

Requirements

  • Project-managed $100M+ construction and brought it in on the numbers.
  • Negotiated change orders where the contractor's position was well-argued and wrong.
  • Run meetings that end in decisions with owners and dates.
  • Managed design teams and contractors simultaneously without becoming the bottleneck.
  • Project documentation has survived a claim or an audit.
