Promotions

Promoting a role on Hotfix buys a 30-day Featured placement for a single job. Featured listings appear above organic results on candidate searches and on the role-family landing pages that match the role.

You buy promotions from the Promote tab in your employer dashboard. Payment goes through Creem and your role appears in the Featured section within a minute of payment.

What promoted listings get

• A slot in the Featured section above organic results on candidate searches that match the role.
• The same Featured placement on the role-family landing page that matches the role.
• A 30-day window that starts at payment.

One promotion covers one role. To promote a second role, buy a separate promotion.

Add-on

The add-on is optional and stacks on top of the base promotion. It runs for the same 30-day window.

Pricing

• Promoted listing: $99 flat, 30 days.
• Add-on: $49 flat, runs for the same 30-day window.
• Paid up front via Creem. A tax receipt arrives by email from Creem at purchase time.

When promotions end

A promotion ends in one of three ways:

1. 30-day window expires. The role drops out of the Featured section automatically. No renewal, no auto-charge.
2. The role goes inactive in your ATS. Hotfix auto-cancels the promotion as soon as the role stops syncing as active. Refunds for auto-canceled promotions aren't automatic; email support if you'd like a prorated refund.
3. You cancel early. There's no self-serve cancel today. Email support@hotfix.jobs and reference the Creem ord_xxx from your receipt.

Active and past promotions show up under Billing in your employer dashboard with their status and end date.

Refunds

Email support@hotfix.jobs with the Creem ord_xxx from your receipt. Refunds are processed through Creem and appear on your card within 5-10 business days.
