Company profile

Your Hotfix company profile is the page candidates see when they click your company name from a job listing. Hotfix populates it automatically when you connect an ATS, and you can correct anything from your employer dashboard.

How fields get populated

Hotfix uses two sources:

  1. Enrichment. Gemini researches your company on the public web after your first ingest and fills in headline, description, industry, size, funding stage, headquarters, year founded, LinkedIn URL, and a tech-stack/benefits guess.
  2. Your edits. Anything you save from the dashboard replaces the enriched value. Enrichment does not re-run after that.

There is no overlay layer: every field has one canonical value. Clearing a field removes it entirely.

Editable fields

The Company section of your dashboard exposes:

Adding more admins

From the Team section of your dashboard, any current admin can invite a teammate by email. The invite is single-use, email-bound, and expires in 72 hours. Every admin has the same permissions today; there is no role hierarchy. Removing an admin isn't yet self-serve: contact us to remove someone.

What we don't let you edit

  • Company name and slug. Changing these would break URLs and search history. Contact us if you need to rename.
  • "Salaries published" filter eligibility. Computed from the share of your jobs that include salary ranges. When more than half of your jobs disclose salary, your company appears under the Salaries published toggle on the company directory. Add ranges to your ATS postings to qualify.
  • Careers URL. Derived from your ATS connection.
  • Job-level fields (titles, locations, skills, salary). Edit those in your ATS; the next sync picks them up.
