What makes Hotfix different?
Hotfix pulls jobs from company hiring systems instead of other job boards, structures the useful details, and removes listings after companies close them.
Are the jobs still open?
Hotfix checks company hiring systems twice a day. When a company closes a job there, it leaves Hotfix on the next sync.
Where do the jobs come from?
We pull live jobs from the company's own listing: Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Rippling, Gem, Workable. Not from other job boards.
Do I need an account to search?
No. You can browse, run a standard search, and read job pages without an account. Sign in to use AI Search, create up to five alerts, track Watching and Applied jobs, and reuse a stored resume.
How do alerts work?
Create an alert from criteria you confirm. When a newly posted job matches an active alert, Hotfix sends a same-day notification in the bell, plus push when enabled and optional match email. Alerts.
What's the difference between an alert and the watchlist?
An alert watches for new jobs matching a search. The watchlist saves individual jobs you chose and lets you track Watching, Applied, and Closed jobs. Watchlist.
How does AI Search work?
Describe the job in plain language, review what Hotfix understood, and refine the results. Signed-in users get 10 new searches per UTC day and up to five turns per session. AI Search.
What's free and what's Featured?
Hotfix is free for job seekers. Employers can pay to place one clearly labeled Featured job above matching results for 30 days. See pricing.
Does my resume choose or match jobs?
No. Your resume can be stored and reused when you apply, but it never selects jobs, ranks results, or decides alert matches.
