About the role

Responsibilities

  • Greet employees, candidates, and guests with professionalism and warmth; coordinate with building security for smooth arrivals
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Coordinate ordering of employee meals (lunch, dinner) as needed
  • Assist office services teams (custodial, culinary, vendors) and troubleshoot day-to-day issues
  • Partner with Employee Experience team on daily needs and employee onboarding processes
  • Stock and coordinate distribution of office supplies and swag
  • Coordinate client meetings, interviews, and team offsites
  • Assist in planning office events and activities to maintain morale
  • Pitch in during busy moments, events, and high-traffic days

Requirements

  • Professional, friendly presence with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable in a highly visible, customer-facing role
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Able to balance structure with flexibility in a fast-moving environment
  • Comfortable lifting up to 35 lbs and being on your feet throughout the day
