About the role

Responsibilities

  • Run guided, 30-minute Pod demos — greeting each guest by name, walking them through the technology, and making the experience feel personal.
  • Close on-site sales using the POS system and walk guests through the purchase flow and delivery details.
  • Adapt approach to each guest and meet them in their purchasing journey.
  • Represent Eight Sleep with energy, knowledge, and polish.
  • Drive the mobile showroom between demo locations.

Requirements

  • Energetic, personable, and confident running one-on-one demos.
  • Experience selling technical or luxury products.
  • Comfortable talking about technology in an accessible and exciting way.
  • Strong closer able to navigate pricing, financing, and hesitation.
  • Ideally based in San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate.
  • Highly reliable and prepared.
  • Comfortable being evaluated via mystery shops, conversion tracking, and feedback.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Background in sleep, wellness, biohacking, or fitness.
  • Prior retail or experiential marketing experience with premium brand.
  • Comfortable on camera for social content.
  • Existing network in SF’s tech and wellness scene.

Compensation

  • Base pay plus commission on every Pod sale.
  • 6-month engagement with potential to move to new markets.
