Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope
Collaborate with product managers, engineering managers, designers, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to define project requirements and goals
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans while identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies
Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas of opportunity and implementing process enhancements
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity within the team and across the organization
Act as a liaison between the technical team, non-technical stakeholders, and external parties, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management, ideally with a strong focus on FinTech projects
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced startup environment
Strong understanding of product development lifecycle (PDLC), software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies
Strong understanding and usage of project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Google product suite) and AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini)
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Adept at problem-solving, critical thinking, and risk management
Bachelor's degree

5-7 years of experience in the consumer fintech industry
Passionate about technology and innovation with a desire to make a lasting impact in the FinTech industry
