Responsibilities

Establish close cross-functional relationships with business leaders to understand issues and needs; act as liaison to executive management to drive business goals.
Support product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams with custom financial modeling, scenario analysis, and market insights for products and initiatives.
Analyze actual financial results vs. budget/forecast and partner with leaders for actionable decision support.
Help manage financial model, including forecasting, budgeting, resource allocation, and long-range planning.
Support Accounting Team in month-end/quarter-end close processes and audit support.
Prepare analyses for strategic acquisition, partnership, or investment opportunities.

Requirements

5+ years directly relatable work experience
Background in venture-backed companies, investment banking, or investing (FinTech/start-up experience a plus)
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling and technical skills
Strong accounting and systems knowledge (financial planning software experience a plus)
Strong data visualization skills
Excellent analytical skills
Strong leadership, communication, and influence across functions
