Own complex, cross-surface initiatives from diagnosis to shipping

Qualifications

7+ years of product experience, with at least a few of those at this level of scope and ambiguity.

Beyond the experience, a few things that matter a lot here:

You use products like a real user. You find broken things because you actually tried to build something, not because you ran through a checklist.
You write well. This is a remote company. Context lives in documents. Your thinking needs to hold up on the page.
You're technically comfortable. You don't need to write the code, but you need to have real conversations with engineers about tradeoffs. Familiarity with developer tools and AI products helps.
You have a high bar for quality. You're the person who notices when something is slightly off and can't leave it that way.
You make decisions. You know the difference between a call that needs more data and one that just needs someone to pull the trigger.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required, as this role involves frequent collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and customers where English is the primary working language.
