Build and scale embedded partnership program integrating prediction market infrastructure with institutional partners. Design API integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage B2B relationships with ISVs, brokers, FCMs, and market makers.
About the role
What You'll Do
- Design and execute API integration plans with ISVs, IBs, FCMs, and market makers
- Troubleshoot technical issues for institutional trading clients and resolve them quickly
- Build relationships with key decision makers at partner organizations
- Coordinate product enhancement requests between partners and our engineering teams
- Develop a scalable playbook for onboarding new embedded partners
- Track partnership performance and identify growth opportunities
- Scale the solutions function by hiring and managing a team as the pipeline expands
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in technical partnerships
- Comfort building a function from zero to one at a high-growth company
- Strong technical background with financial APIs and trading infrastructure
- Proven track record managing B2B relationships that drive measurable growth
- Hands-on experience with API integrations, debugging, and technical troubleshooting
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
- (Plus) Experience building and scaling teams
- (Plus) Background in crypto or prediction markets
- (Plus) Existing relationships with FCMs or market makers
- (Plus) Previous solutions engineering or technical partnerships experience
