Responsibilities

  • Manage a sports community within the Sleeper app for assigned NFL/NBA/MLB teams
  • Create, grow, and manage an organic social media account for the in-app community
  • Work with a team of moderators for daily coverage
  • Maintain a safe and respectful community atmosphere
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
  • Post daily and create unique, engaging content in team channels

Requirements

  • Superfan of city’s NFL/NBA/MLB teams
  • Understand how to manage a community seeking fast, timely information
  • Good judgment on appropriate content for open forums
  • Ability to create engaging content, news, highlights

Compensation

  • $500 monthly (part-time contracting role)
