About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy driving efficient customer acquisition and LTV growth on dedicated channels.
  • Manage and scale core performance channels including Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, YouTube, PMax), and other direct response channels; optimize toward CAC, ROAS, and LTV targets.
  • Leverage expertise in platform algorithms, bidding strategies, audience signals, and campaign structures for double-digit gains in growth and efficiency.
  • Develop integrated, performance-driven marketing plans across paid, owned, and partner channels.
  • Manage budget allocation using a portfolio approach to maximize marginal returns.
  • Build detailed forecasts for spend, volume, and efficiency metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback).
  • Optimize acquisition funnel end-to-end through CRO, creative testing, and audience iteration.
  • Implement automation, AI tools, and scripting for campaign management, reporting, and optimization.
  • Establish scalable testing frameworks for channels, creatives, and landing experiences.
  • Translate ecosystem strategy into action using attribution models and channel-specific metrics.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in performance marketing or growth, with hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, programmatic media, Google Ads (Search, YouTube, PMax).
  • Proven track record of double-digit growth and efficiency improvements (CAC reduction, LTV increases).
  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
  • Strong experience with programmatic buying and scaling incremental channels.
  • Expertise in unit economics and forecasting (CAC, LTV, contribution margin, payback).
  • Experience with automation (AI tools, scripts, workflows).
  • Strong background in creative testing, CRO, funnel optimization, and data-driven experimentation.
  • Experience managing DTC ecommerce and/or subscription products and cross-selling.
  • Ability to operate autonomously, owning strategy and execution.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
