Summary

Product Management Intern supporting the Unified Access program. Work with engineering and design teams to drive feature development, conduct customer research, and represent the voice of the customer.

About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive the product development lifecycle for various features across the Unified Access program
  • Focus areas may include: expansion of local scanning and remediation features for developer secrets; admin discovery, rotation, and management of credentials; advanced governance features for developer secrets (e.g., SSH keys); conditional access policies for specific credentials
  • Work closely with development counterparts to keep them unblocked and aligned toward the North Star customer experience
  • Represent the "voice of the customer" in agile ceremonies and cross-functional meetings
  • Build customer empathy through interviews, conversations, and aggregation of customer interactions
  • Help build and mature the PM craft at 1Password, including use of AI

Requirements

  • Confidence to take on new challenges and see them through to completion
  • Humility to ask questions and learn from mistakes
  • Curiosity to find better ways of doing things
  • Strong teamwork skills

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience as a founder and/or product builder
  • Understanding of AI coding tools
  • Understanding and empathy for the 1Password admin and end-user persona
  • Personal experience using 1Password or other password managers
