About the role

What you'll do

  • Own the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between
  • Manage payroll and HR operations across our global team using Gusto and Deel
  • Set up and maintain recruiting operations: ATS configuration, sourcing pipelines, interview coordination, and on-site execution
  • Continuously improve hiring workflows and tools to improve signal quality, speed, and scalability
  • Handle benefits administration, visa requests, and policy documentation
  • Keep employee data accurate and up to date across systems

Who we're looking for

  • 1-3 years in people ops, HR, or recruiting operations, ideally at a fast-moving startup
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable owning things end to end without a lot of hand-holding
  • Like building systems from scratch more than maintaining ones someone else set up

Strong candidates may have experience with

  • Gusto, Deel, or similar payroll and HR platforms
  • Setting up or administering an ATS
  • Supporting recruiting operations incl. scheduling, coordination, pipeline management
  • Early-stage or high-growth startup environments
