Summary
Lead partner and merchant onboarding, implementation, and revenue activation for enterprise integration partners. Drive operational efficiency through AI automations and cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Engineering, Product, Sales, Risk, and Finance.
About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop deep relationships with a portfolio of large and enterprise-level integration partners during and after implementation
- Regularly attend and lead meetings with partners, merchants, and internal stakeholders
- Lead onboarding and configuration of sub-merchants and strategic merchant partners
- Coordinate with the Integrations team to develop unique processes, onboarding efforts, and configurations for large-scale partnerships
- Support the Underwriting team with merchant applications, documentation, and applicant follow-up
- Deploy AI agents and automations to scale and improve work precision
- Develop and manage onboarding templates with integration partners, ensure proper pricing inputs, and execute bulk onboarding strategies
- Collaborate with Operations and Partner Success Managers to orchestrate daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
- Supplement daily tasks of Operations and Client Success teams as needed
- Report weekly on KPIs related to task success and assigned accounts
- Partner with Product team to develop automations and provide product enhancement and UI/UX improvement suggestions
Requirements
- 3–5 years of prior experience in implementation, customer onboarding, or project management at high-growth startups (Payments and Fintech experience is a plus)
- Strong bias for action with tasks completed daily
- Intellectually curious and constantly self-learning
- Strong technical aptitude with working knowledge of software and APIs; able to troubleshoot issues
- Detail-oriented and structured with strong sense of urgency and project management skills
- Proficiency in Claude, Zapier, n8n, Postman, and other AI tools for developing agents and automations
- Resourceful self-starter who can self-manage time and changing priorities
- Strong work ethic willing to put in extra time and effort
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident, influential, and empathetic
- Thrives in fast-paced environment juggling multiple complex projects
- Humble, intellectually honest, open to feedback
