Summary
Support and maintain document workflows and e-signature processes for a real estate fraud prevention SaaS platform. Troubleshoot issues, improve efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
About the role
What You’ll Do
- Support ongoing updates and maintenance of customer-facing document workflows and templates
- Assist internal teams with escalated document-related requests and configuration changes
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across document processes
- Investigate and resolve document, workflow, and platform-related issues
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and standardize processes
- Help capture and organize institutional knowledge to support long-term scalability
- Partner with Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams to support operational initiatives
- Provide feedback on recurring customer challenges and enhancement opportunities
- Serve as a resource for internal teams on document and workflow-related questions
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, SaaS operations, onboarding, or document management
- Experience with e-signature or workflow platforms such as DocuSign or Adobe Acrobat Sign
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams
