What You’ll Do
- Serve as the Human Resources leader at Closinglock, owning all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Build and execute a people strategy that aligns with Closinglock’s growth goals and values.
- Develop programs that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
- Drive initiatives around company culture, employee recognition, and professional development.
- Oversee recruiting operations to attract and hire top talent across all departments.
- Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and compliance to ensure a competitive and equitable workplace.
- Lead initiatives that make Closinglock an inspiring, supportive, and fun place to work.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a related field.
- Experience scaling people programs at a fast-growing tech or startup environment.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational design.
- A strong communicator who can build trust across all levels of the organization.
- Passion for building culture, fostering belonging, and creating meaningful employee experiences.
- Strategic mindset with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude—someone who can lead with vision but isn’t afraid to get into the details.
This is a full-time, in-person position in our Austin, TX office.
