Recruit GTM talent (sales, marketing, CS, partnerships) end-to-end for an early-stage AI startup. Build pipelines, run full-cycle hiring, and partner directly with founders.
About the role
What you'll do
- Build pipelines for GTM roles through direct outreach, communities, events, and referrals
- Run the full process: screening, scheduling, offers, and closing
- Work closely with founders and hiring managers to define what great looks like for each role
- Track the GTM talent landscape to understand where strong people are, how the market is moving, what candidates care about
- Write job descriptions and shape the candidate experience so the outside world understands who we are
Who we're looking for
- 4+ years recruiting GTM talent — sales, marketing, customer success, partnerships, or revenue operations
- Know what a strong quota-carrying rep looks like, and know how to close one
- Organized, fast, and don't let things fall through the cracks
Strong candidates may have experience with
- Full-cycle recruiting for sales and revenue roles at high-growth tech or AI companies
- Sourcing beyond LinkedIn — events, communities, referral networks
- Early-stage or founder-led hiring
- Building out GTM functions from scratch, not just backfilling seats
