About the role

What you'll do

  • Build pipelines for GTM roles through direct outreach, communities, events, and referrals
  • Run the full process: screening, scheduling, offers, and closing
  • Work closely with founders and hiring managers to define what great looks like for each role
  • Track the GTM talent landscape to understand where strong people are, how the market is moving, what candidates care about
  • Write job descriptions and shape the candidate experience so the outside world understands who we are

Who we're looking for

  • 4+ years recruiting GTM talent — sales, marketing, customer success, partnerships, or revenue operations
  • Know what a strong quota-carrying rep looks like, and know how to close one
  • Organized, fast, and don't let things fall through the cracks

Strong candidates may have experience with

  • Full-cycle recruiting for sales and revenue roles at high-growth tech or AI companies
  • Sourcing beyond LinkedIn — events, communities, referral networks
  • Early-stage or founder-led hiring
  • Building out GTM functions from scratch, not just backfilling seats
