About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and improve core Monarch features like budgeting, goals, and reports across web and mobile platforms (Core Product).
- Build product experiences for user growth, A/B testing, onboarding, engagement, and retention (Growth).
- Handle data connectivity for financial aggregation, ensuring safe and accurate data delivery (Aggregation).
- Manage infrastructure, developer tooling, AWS, Terraform, Docker, ECS, EC2, CI/CD to enable faster shipping (Infra/Platform).
- Improve overall security posture and maintain focus on security and privacy (Security).
- Identify and build zero-to-one user experiences to augment product offerings (RevX).
Requirements
- Product-centric mindset and pride in building user-loved products.
- Experience with or interest in tech stack: React, TypeScript, React Native, Apollo (GraphQL), Python, Django, GraphQL/Graphene, PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS, Terraform, Docker, ECS, EC2, CircleCI.
- Comfort working full-stack as needed.
- Collaborative in remote environment, valuing input from others.
- Comfort with autonomy and ambiguity.
- Passion for sharing knowledge, documentation, and mentoring.
