About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build the Demand Engine: Design and execute the overarching demand generation strategy to drive inbound pipeline and support outbound sales efforts.
  • Execute Multi-Channel Campaigns: Launch and manage campaigns across paid social (LinkedIn), search (SEM), email, webinars, and targeted field events.
  • Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Partner closely with Sales to identify tier-1 target enterprise accounts and build highly personalized campaigns to break into them.
  • Own the Marketing Stack: Implement and manage our marketing automation and CRM tooling (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to ensure rigorous lead tracking, scoring, and attribution.
  • Content & Messaging: Collaborate with GRC experts and founders to create compelling collateral—whitepapers, case studies, and landing pages—that convert traffic into qualified leads.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue marketing, preferably targeting enterprise/technical buyers (Security, IT, GRC).
  • 0-to-1 Track Record: Proven experience building marketing funnels and pipelines from scratch at a Seed or Series A startup.
  • Analytical Rigor: Deeply data-driven; you know your CAC from your LTV and can build dashboards to prove the ROI of your campaigns.
  • Scrappy Execution: You don't need a massive agency budget to get things done. You can write your own copy, launch your own ads, and optimize your own landing pages.
