Responsibilities
- Design intuitive UI/UX for the app using Figma, engaging with customers to shape product design.
- Design and maintain the website with visually striking experiences.
- Create engaging visuals and dynamic content for marketing, launches, and case studies.
- Drive branding consistency across Formal's identity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align design with business goals.
- Innovate by staying ahead of design trends.
Requirements
- Experience in product or brand design, preferably B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Standout portfolio with UI/UX, marketing assets, and brand design.
- Ability to own projects from concept to delivery.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments with rapid iteration.
- Strong proficiency in Figma for UI/UX, prototyping, and graphic design.
- Skilled in marketing design (social media, banners, promotional materials).
- Solid foundation in design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Quick learner for new ideas and tools.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in early-stage startups in security or data management.
- Strong project management skills.
- Creativity in marketing strategies and content.
- Experience in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
