- Execute rather than advise; make decisions with incomplete information and own the outcomes
- Maintain high quality standards and refuse to ship below the bar
Requirements
- Founded or co-founded something with traction
- Extremely unconventional background that led to startups
- Technical enough to work directly with AI systems
- Thrive when the playbook doesn't exist
- Move fast, communicate clearly, and don't need to be told what to do next
- Genuinely curious about the built world
- Strong opinions about quality
- Love for the built world that goes beyond the company
