About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Profile Completion: Guide new experts through the signup and onboarding process, ensuring profiles are complete and optimized for a successful launch.
- Social Media Launch Coordination: Coordinate with experts to develop and schedule social media announcements, and draft compelling social media assets to maximize engagement and visibility.
- Community Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with experts by encouraging additional social posts and nurturing a community of engagement.
- Identify opportunities for experts to refer other key individuals to the platform, supporting organic growth and quality referrals.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in community management, social media, or a customer success role, preferably within a tech or online platform environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building and maintaining relationships
- Experience coordinating social media content and engagement strategies
- Goal oriented with a track record of exceeding targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and willingness to build processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- High degree of adaptability
- Ability to work in the office 3 days per week
