About the role
In this role, you will:
- Own and grow strategic federal accounts, focusing on expansion, usage growth, training, and adoption
- Build relationships with champions, executives, technical leaders, and end users
- Run tailored M1 and M2 demos for customer workflows
- Identify use cases and drive deployment and sustained usage
- Drive horizontal expansion across teams
- Support pilots, trainings, enablement, and post-sale execution
- Navigate blockers like procurement, security, and change management
- Craft joint go-to-market with partners
- Ensure zero-fail execution on key accounts
- Create feedback loops to product team
Requirements
- Strong federal ecosystem experience (government, military, contracting, integrators, OEMs)
- Proven success in customer-facing roles with strategic accounts and technical products
- Strong relationship management with senior stakeholders
- Technical acumen with software engineering concepts/workflows (hands-on experience ideal)
- Ability to sell through ambiguity and drive revenue outcomes
- Operate as account growth and mission-success owner
- Structured, high-agency operator
- Fast learner
- Willingness to travel
