What You’ll Do

Founder Support & Strategic Ops

  • Act as a force multiplier for the founders - owning scheduling, prioritization, and day-to-day operational support
  • Drive special projects across the business (investor updates, customer workstreams, internal initiatives)
  • Build decks, reports, and materials for internal and external use

Business & Financial Ops

  • Support AP/AR organization, tracking, and lightweight financial workflows
  • Maintain internal reporting and operational tracking
  • Bring structure and clarity to fast-moving parts of the business

People & Office Operations

  • Own the office environment and team experience
  • Coordinate events, meals, and day-to-day logistics
  • Support onboarding and general people ops workflows

Candidate & External Experience

  • Serve as point of contact for onsite interviews, hosting candidates and visitors
  • Ensure a high-quality, seamless experience for anyone interacting with Tamarind
