Summary
Contract Talent Partner managing full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly contractor roles. Conduct daily candidate screens, coordinate logistics, and partner with hiring managers to scale the workforce while delivering strong candidate experiences.
About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting for hourly contractor workforce
- Conduct high-volume phone/video screens daily to identify and qualify talent for hourly roles
- Act as the face of the company, moving candidates through the funnel with speed, clarity, and enthusiasm
- Coordinate recruiting logistics including scheduling onsites, prepping candidates, and following up to keep candidates engaged
- Initiate background checks and other pre-employment steps
- Coordinate offers and start dates
- Lead and attend hiring events, networking functions, and career fairs
- Partner with the broader recruiting team to meet corporate hiring goals
Requirements
- 2-3 years of recruiting or staffing experience in an agency or in-house environment
- Experience with high-volume/hourly hiring (ops, drivers, warehouse, trades, support, etc.)
- Ability to deliver a great candidate experience at scale with clear communication, respect, and responsiveness
- Strong organization skills in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable being on calls all day
- Ability to quickly understand company value and position roles compellingly to candidates
- Experience with ATS or agency CRM (e.g., Greenhouse), Slack, and Google Workspace
- General HR knowledge and understanding of employment law/compliance

- Knowledge of local labor laws and background check nuances
- Experience with creative sourcing to find candidates in non-traditional places
