About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive channel strategy to drive revenue growth and expand the partner ecosystem.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and strategic alliances.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Provide partners with tools, training, and resources to sell and support data security solutions.
- Set performance metrics, monitor partner performance, and implement improvement plans.
- Collaborate with marketing on joint campaigns and events to drive demand and leads.
- Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with product offerings and industry trends.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer support.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales or partner management, preferably in data security or technology.
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing high-performing channel partner networks in security industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts related to data security.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
