About the role
Design Systems & Brand Infrastructure
- Build and maintain a scalable B2B design system—typography, color, components, templates, and guidelines
- Establish brand governance and systems that scale across product, GTM, and marketing
- Partner with product design to ensure cohesion between brand and product experiences
Brand Building & Product Alignment
- Help define and evolve Agentio’s visual identity
- Ensure the brand meets the expectations of enterprise buyers—clear, credible, and sophisticated
- Influence how brand and product design intersect
GTM & Sales Enablement Design
- Create go-to-market and sales enablement assets (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, etc.)
- Build templates that enable Sales and Marketing teams to produce on-brand work independently
- Design assets that directly support revenue and customer acquisition
AI-Native Design & Workflows
- Use AI-powered tools (Figma AI, Midjourney, generative tools, automation) to increase speed and quality
- Build scalable, AI-enabled systems for asset creation
- Bring a strong perspective on how AI transforms design workflows
Execution Across All Channels
- Design across content, paid ads, events, and executive materials
- Operate as a highly hands-on individual contributor while laying the groundwork for a future team
Requirements
- Strong experience building or evolving B2B brand systems
- A portfolio that shows both design systems thinking and hands-on execution
- Experience working with product teams and influencing visual direction
- Clear AI-native workflow and comfort using AI tools daily
- A builder mindset—you’re excited to be the first design hire
