About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute weekly and monthly allocation strategies across wholesale partners to support sales targets and inventory efficiency
- Analyze sell-through, inventory levels, and demand signals to inform allocation decisions and identify risks and opportunities
- Partner closely with the Wholesale Planning Manager to support forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment on inventory availability and partner needs
- Monitor in-season performance and proactively recommend allocation adjustments to maximize revenue and minimize excess inventory
- Support reporting and ad-hoc analysis related to wholesale performance, inventory health, and allocation effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in allocation, planning, merchandising, or a related analytical role, preferably within wholesale or consumer products
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with planning systems, BI tools, or SQL is a plus
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and comfort partnering cross-functionally
- Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks
