## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue growth across all revenue channels for the East Coast region
- Coach sales team on sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Force Management, Command of the Message)
- Develop and implement comprehensive enterprise sales strategy aligned with business goals
- Set clear sales targets, assess and adjust strategy to meet or exceed revenue goals
- Recruit and hire top enterprise sales talent
- Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts to leadership team

## Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with focus on hunter roles, new customer acquisition, and pipeline growth
- 4+ years managing enterprise sales teams; hiring and training at scale
- Outstanding track record managing enterprise accounts to closure, consistent over-attainment of $1M+ annual recurring revenue quotas
- Success in small/fast-growing company environments
- Knowledge of sales processes and methodologies (MEDDPICC, etc.)
- Demonstrated knowledge and interest in physical security industry
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to travel
