## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue growth across all revenue channels for Ambient throughout the East Coast region.
- Coach sales team on company-adopted sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Force Management, Command of the Message).
- Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy aligned with company goals.
- Set clear sales targets, assess, and adjust strategy to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Recruit and hire top enterprise sales talent.
- Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts to leadership.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with focus on hunter roles, new customer acquisition, and pipeline growth.
- 4+ years managing enterprise sales teams; hiring and training at scale.
- Outstanding track record managing enterprise accounts to closure, consistent over-attainment of $1M+ annual recurring revenue quotas.
- Success in small/fast-growing company environments.
- Knowledge of sales processes and methodologies (MEDDPICC, etc.).
- Demonstrated knowledge and interest in physical security industry.
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel.
