Vendor Partnerships Associate
Manage and grow vendor network by strengthening relationships, identifying opportunities, and engaging new vendors. Requires 1-3 years in sales, partnerships, or account management with strong communication and organizational skills.
What You'll Do
Connect with Vendors
- Reach out to vendors by phone and email to discuss partnership opportunities
- Build relationships with vendor contacts and serve as a professional representative of Order.co
- Follow up consistently to move conversations forward and keep opportunities active
- Help vendors understand how working with Order.co can benefit their business
Support Vendor Growth Initiatives
- Help establish vendor accounts and programs that create value for customers and Order.co
- Work with existing vendors to identify opportunities for improved pricing, rebates, or other commercial benefits
- Assist in bringing more purchasing activity into structured vendor relationships
- Support initiatives that increase vendor participation across the platform
Manage and Track Opportunities
- Maintain a pipeline of vendor opportunities and ensure timely follow-up
- Keep accurate records of outreach, conversations, and outcomes
- Identify blockers and escalate issues when needed
- Prioritize work based on opportunity size, urgency, and likelihood of success
Drive Continuous Improvement
- Identify patterns across vendor conversations and outcomes
- Share feedback that can improve outreach efforts and vendor engagement
- Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and consistency
- Help document best practices and successful approaches
What We're Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or account management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable speaking with people on the phone and through email
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
- Persistent and comfortable following up to drive outcomes
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- The anticipated annual salary for this role is $90,000 - $95,000 OTE. Actual compensation and title will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skills.
