## Job Description
## Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for your portfolio of Senior Care products
- Drive product decisions grounded in customer insights, data, regulatory requirements, and business value — not just feature requests
- Partner closely with engineering teams to shape solutions and deliver outcomes
- Identify opportunities to modernize legacy products through **AI**, automation, and smarter workflows
- Navigate complex clinical and regulatory domains (e.g., **MDS**, **LTCF**, immunizations, clinical documentation) and translate that understanding into product direction
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, customer success, and clinical stakeholders
- Manage products through the full development lifecycle — from discovery and strategy through delivery and iteration

## Your Key Strengths
- **Bachelor's degree** in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- **3+ years** of product management experience
- Experience managing software products through the full development lifecycle
- Strong background in healthcare IT, clinical workflows, or regulatory systems
- Ability to influence and drive alignment across engineering, design, and business stakeholders without formal authority
- Comfort with technical concepts including **APIs**, integrations, and modern development practices
- Excellent communication skills — you can make complex topics clear for any audience

### Nice to haves
- Experience building or integrating **AI/ML**-powered product features
- Familiarity with clinical documentation, regulatory instruments (**MDS**, **LTCF**), or long-term care workflows
- A track record of revitalizing or modernizing legacy products
- A bias toward product impact over process — you focus on outcomes, not just output
