- **Leadership**: Set clear vision, align team behind unified technical strategy.
- **Execution & Urgency**: Champion fast, high-quality technical execution.
- **People Management**: Experience in hiring, organizing, and fostering engineering culture.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies.

**Compensation**: Base pay range $235,030 - $352,290, plus annual performance bonus, equity, and competitive benefits.
