## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- **Demand Planning**: Develop accurate demand forecasts partnering with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations and Leadership.
- **Strategic Sourcing**: Manage strategic sourcing initiatives such as supplier evaluation and partner management. Responsible for the full product lifecycle from selection to delivery, and managing quality assurance initiatives.
- **Procurement / Inventory Management**: Responsible for cost reduction, contract negotiations, purchase orders, and maintaining satisfactory inventory levels.
- **Logistics**: Coordinate all logistics related activities including management of air, ocean, and customs brokerage.

## Experience
- 2+ years experience supply chain.
- Technical background in engineering or manufacturing preferred.
- Proven track record managing redundant supply chains and cost avoidance without sacrificing quality.
- Manufacturing or Industrial Logistics domain expertise preferred.
- Experience in enterprise-level material planning (ERP) and associated tools preferred.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience.
