About the role

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with functional leadership, cross-functional partners, and colleagues across the Finance organization to support data-driven decision making
  • Create financial models from scratch to size business initiatives and the investment required to achieve them in order to help business leaders make ROI-based trade-offs
  • Partner with G&A leadership to develop and monitor headcount and vendor spend to ensure that the company’s financial plan remains on track
  • Support Rippling’s long-range planning activities, contributing to strategic analysis related to fundraising, capital structure, and liquidity-related planning

Requirements

  • 4+ years of finance experience. Previous career experience in banking or investing is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to create financial models from scratch and an interest in conducting deep dive analysis to better understand key business drivers
  • Self-starter comfortable operating in a high growth environment, with a desire to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion with limited guidance
  • Ability to collaborate with teams across the company; strong oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with non-financial audiences
  • Experience with Salesforce and SQL are a plus but are not required
