About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for large, complex accounts, building trust and credibility with senior executives, including CIOs and CXOs
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that align with customer business objectives
  • Articulate and demonstrate the tangible value of the platform, ensuring customer success and satisfaction
  • Drive revenue expansion through strategic upselling and cross-selling while ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Lead complex, global deal negotiations, navigating procurement processes, and closing high-value contracts
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams—including customer success, marketing, product, and support—to deliver tailored strategies
  • Provide insights into customer trends and feedback to internal teams
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue and retention targets

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience managing and growing large, complex accounts in a software/SaaS environment, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives, aligning solutions to their strategic priorities
  • Strong foundation in articulating business value, particularly within innovative technology domains (e.g., AIOps, SaaS/Cloud)
  • Expertise in navigating and closing complex, high-value deals within global organizations
  • Deep commitment to understanding customer needs, ensuring satisfaction, and delivering tailored solutions
  • A natural collaborator who thrives in dynamic environments
  • Ability to navigate challenging situations with empathy, active listening, and perseverance
