## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Work with product and ML engineers to explore problem spaces and devise solutions
- Prototype new ideas and influence product strategy
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve APIs and architecture
- Develop backend to support data and AI solutions
- Create technical strategies and drive hands-on implementation
- Identify improvements and champion best practices in development, architecture, and testing
- Perform technical design and code reviews
- Mentor junior engineers
