## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Lead design efforts for Ads platform features within the Fetch app, focusing on user-centered experiences that measurably improve people's lives.
- Guide team culture through mentorship, thought leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Infuse user-centered practices across the organization.
- Execute evaluative user research studies.
- Design for complex problems and tools, including platform and B2B products.
- Build, maintain, and implement design systems.
- Self-direct and prioritize work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering leads, and stakeholders.
- Lead design critiques with cross-functional teams.
- Mentor fellow team members.
- Influence decisions at team and organizational levels.
- Launch and iterate on multiple features into production.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant product design experience.
- Ads platform experience required.
- Experience building platform and B2B products.
- Proficiency with Figma, Claude, and AI tooling.
- Ability to execute evaluative user research studies.
- Technical acumen and experience designing for complex problems and tools.
- Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and thrive in ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience designing, building, maintaining, and implementing design systems.
- Team and/or project management experience.
