## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Lead design efforts for the Ads platform, focusing on platform and B2B product experiences
- Design, build, maintain, and implement design systems
- Execute evaluative user research studies
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering leads, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Mentor fellow team members and lead design critiques
- Influence decisions within the team and across the larger organization
- Launch multiple features into production with iterations

## Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant product design experience
- Ads platform experience required
- Experience building platform and B2B products
- Experience with Figma, Claude, and AI tooling
- Technical acumen and experience designing for complex problems and tools
- Ability to self-direct and prioritize in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience designing, building, maintaining, and implementing design systems
- Team and/or project management experience

## Nice-to-Haves
- UI craftsmanship with high-polished brand work and attention to detail
- Experience mentoring and providing thought leadership
- Comfort working with executive stakeholders and non-technical colleagues

## Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $173,742 - $204,402
