## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Design future platform state incorporating product-first user workflows
- Lead engineers across teams in building technical solutions
- Collaborate on product/UX requirements with designers, PMs, and marketing stakeholders
- Foster technical quality from design through production operations
- Mentor engineers on technical and collaboration skills
- Identify and propose solutions for technical/product excellence
- Collaborate with Marketing Technologies, ML, Growth Marketing, and Creative teams
- Establish technical vision for flexible, scalable, always-available systems

## Requirements
- 9+ years hands-on software engineering experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS or equivalent
- Technical leadership: leading projects, setting direction/strategy, mentoring
- Passion for efficiency, availability, technical/system quality
- Experience defining product/technical strategy and aligning cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong communication/collaboration across teams and leadership
