## Job Description

## You Will
- Lead data strategy for regulatory engagements - from ETL development to source data validation to analysis
- Connect regulatory expectations, commitments, and Compliance/Product roadmaps to influence strategy
- Harness raw data to educate partners on impacts of new regulations, policies, or changes
- Collaborate with legal, engineering, and others to inform compliance program builds
- Establish leadership through expert communication and cross-functional alignment
- Leverage subject matter expertise to educate, coach, and influence
- Lead high-impact workstreams with strong communication across abstraction levels

## You Have
- 8+ years related experience with Bachelor’s; 6+ years with Master’s; or equivalent
- 5+ years Compliance/AML experience
- Expert SQL and data analysis/visualization (Tableau, Looker)
- Expert ETL development
- Proven track record solving complex problems with technical expertise
- Vision to define problems and manage projects in fast-paced environments
- Experience communicating data insights via writing, speaking, visualization
- Impeccable attention to detail

## Even Better
- CAMS or AML certification
- FinTech/consulting or financial crimes systems experience
- Automation with Python, R, or Prefect
