## Job Description
## Responsibilities

- Prepare and post routine journal entries, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to US GAAP
- Execute bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Complete monthly balance sheet account reconciliations (e.g., prepaids, accrued expenses, intercompany accounts)
- Maintain fixed asset subledger, recording additions, transfers, and disposals
- Assist AP function: enter vendor invoices, verify approvals, reconcile vendor statements
- Determine month-end accruals, focusing on significant vendors
- Prepare monthly financial statements for Real Estate Partners per contractual agreements
- Prepare basic accruals and schedules for complex close procedures
- Complete indirect tax filings
- Support Tax team by gathering data for tax filings per Tax Code requirements

## Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Professional accounting experience and CPA candidate
- Proactive desire to acquire accounting experience and drive process improvements
- Strong communication skills to engage across functions
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume processes
- Strong analytical skills and collaborative team approach
- Interest in leveraging technology and AI tools to streamline processes

## Compensation

- Base salary: $70,000 - $80,000 USD annually
