## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Work with the Enterprise Account Executive to define and direct the technical strategy for largest Oil, Gas, and Energy accounts, leading to wider adoption of ML & AI.
- Act as the main technical voice for Databricks with multiple clients.
- Lead customers on a transformational journey to evaluate and adopt Databricks.
- Implement technical strategy in accounts.
- Build a movement of technical champions within accounts.
- Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
- Provide structured mentorship for other team members.
- Establish virtual teams and lead them to success within accounts.
- Form relationships with executives and influencers.
- Present convincing points-of-view to decision-makers.
- Drive data-driven business transformation and change with data.

## Requirements
- Successful track record helping large enterprises become more data-driven.
- Experience in value selling, technical account management, and technical leadership.
- Experience working very large (> $1M ARR), global accounts.
- Technical proficiency in big data, data science, and cloud.
- Ability in data-driven business transformation.
- Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala or Java.
- Proficiency at establishing and leading virtual teams.
