## Job Description
## Responsibilities

### Scale Data-Driven Demand Generation
- Manage and expand events program for pipeline ROI
- Own product marketing: messaging, positioning, sales enablement
- Scale content engine with CPG research, benchmarks, case studies for inbound pipeline
- Implement GTM infrastructure: attribution, CRM, analytics
- Run operating cadence: weekly experiments, monthly reports, quarterly forecasts

### Own Performance Marketing Channels
- Manage paid search, social, display, retargeting, ABM with CAC/payback accountability
- Build experimentation engine: A/B tests, scale winners
- Architect attribution/analytics for ROI decisions
- Drive outbound-assisted inbound with Sales, ICP targeting, ABM for Fortune 500 CPG
- Test new acquisition levers including AI-driven tactics

### Build and Lead Marketing Team
- Recruit Growth/Performance IC, Product Marketing Manager, Director of Community, Content Associate
- Set goals, ownership, accountability tied to revenue
- Coach via feedback, 1:1s, stretch opportunities
- Player-coach: execute and build systems
- Partner with Sales, Product, CS leadership
