## Job Description
## In this role, you will:
- Deliver exceptional pre-sales customer experience by providing technical expertise, outlining value proposition, and answering product, API, and LLM-related questions.
- Demonstrate how OpenAI’s products meet business needs through demos, use case scoping, architecture recommendations, and technical advisory.
- Create and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs for common pre-sales questions.
- Develop and nurture strong customer relationships during evaluation, validation, and purchasing.
- Foster customer advocacy by gathering feedback, identifying themes, and incorporating into product planning.
- Serve as first line of defense for security and compliance questions, guiding customers to resources and escalating complex issues.

## You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have 4+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or similar role, selling to technology companies, managing C-level relationships.
- Demonstrate understanding of IT security principles and B2B SaaS requirements, with security/compliance support experience.
- Have foundational training in programming languages like Python or JavaScript.
- Have delivered prototypes of Generative AI/traditional ML solutions and knowledge of network/cloud architecture.
- Are an effective presenter and communicator for business and technical topics to all audiences.
- Own problems end-to-end and quickly learn what's needed.
- Have a humble attitude, eagerness to help colleagues, and commitment to team success.
