## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Drive sales deals by partnering with sales teams to evaluate the Orb product, answer technical questions, and highlight security/compliance.
- Pave the path for implementations by helping customers integrate Orb into workflows for automation and intelligence, shaping the product roadmap.
- Serve as a technical advisor on Orb products and business systems, crafting customer solutions.
- Strengthen Orb’s product by addressing gaps through technical solutioning and providing customer feedback to product teams.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
- Clear written and verbal communication around technical concepts.
- Experience partnering with sales, product management, customer success to build processes.
- Ability to design/implement technical solutions for complex business challenges via value-selling.
- Translate technical concepts to non-technical language and vice versa.
- Strong empathy, customer relationship building.
- Continuous learner, thrives in fast-paced environment.
- Sales methodology training (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger Sales) preferred.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience in early-stage startup.
- Billing space experience.
- Data infrastructure tooling (e.g., ETL tools).
- Data import/export/ingestion tooling.
- Quick learning of integration APIs (tax automation, accounting, provisioning).
- Act as thought leader (webinars, blogs, whitepapers, public speaking).
