## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Work with 1-5 clients as the main technical voice for Databricks
- Lead customers on a transformational journey to evaluate and adopt Databricks
- Implement technical strategy aligned with account strategy
- Build technical champions within accounts
- Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions
- Provide structured mentorship for team members

## Requirements
- 8+ years experience in very large (> $1m ARR) Retail and CPG-related accounts
- 5+ years in pre-sales capacity or supporting sales activity
- Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud
- Ability to drive data-driven business transformation
- 3+ years design and implementation experience in big data technologies such as Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, and OLAP or full lifecycle data science solutions
- Experience maintaining and extending production data systems
- Production programming experience in **Python**, **R**, **Scala**, or **Java**
