## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Drive sales deals: Partner with sales teams to evaluate Orb product, answer technical questions, and highlight security/compliance.
- Pave path for implementations: Help customers integrate Orb into workflows for automation and intelligence; shape roadmap.
- Serve as technical advisor: Provide expertise on Orb products and business systems.
- Strengthen product: Fill gaps through technical solutions and provide customer feedback to product teams.

## Requirements
- 3+ years in technical customer-facing role.
- Clear communication of technical concepts.
- Experience partnering with sales, product, customer success.
- Design/implement technical solutions for business challenges via value-selling.
- Translate technical/non-technical language.
- Strong empathy, customer relationships.
- Continuous learner, adaptable in fast-paced environment.
- Sales methodology training (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger) preferred.
